Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases, registrations, and payments made through the BASICX SPORT app and platform, including tournament entry fees, memberships, and other paid services offered by BASICXSPORTS EXPLORER PVT. LTD. By making a payment through the platform, you agree to the terms set out below.

Entry fees paid for tournaments, leagues, or events listed on the platform are collected on behalf of the organizing circle or association. Refund eligibility for these fees is set by the organizing body and may vary by event — please review the specific event's terms before registering.

If an event is cancelled or postponed by the organizer without a rescheduled date, you will generally be entitled to a full refund of your entry fee, unless stated otherwise at the time of registration.

If you wish to cancel a registration or subscription, requests must be made prior to the applicable cutoff date shown at checkout or in the event details. Cancellations made after this cutoff, or after an event has commenced, are not eligible for a refund. Processing or platform convenience fees, where charged, are non-refundable in all cases.

Refunds may be considered in cases such as: a duplicate or erroneous payment, a technical error resulting in an incorrect charge, or cancellation of an event by the organizer. Refunds are not provided for change of mind, missed participation, disqualification, or failure to meet event eligibility criteria after payment has been made.

To request a refund, contact us with your payment reference, the event or service name, and the reason for your request. We aim to review and respond to all refund requests within 7 business days. Where applicable, we may coordinate with the relevant organizing circle before approving a refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after approval.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations. Any changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon posting.
